Mind Care Responder course is a comprehensive training and development program designed to equip personnel with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage and respond to workplace scenarios related to mental health and well-being.

The course is specifically designed for those who work in organizations where they may be required to respond to or support colleagues who may be at risk of, or are experiencing, mental health-related issues.

Upon completion of the program, participants will have the necessary training and understanding necessary to effectively and compassionately respond to mental health issues in the workplace, and provide support to colleague and fellow employees with respect, empathy, and understanding.
